Hendrik Berg

Hendrik Berg is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as CFO APAC at Villeroy & Boch since May 2023, Hendrik previously held multiple key positions at Beiersdorf from 2006, including Head of Finance and IT, where responsibilities encompassed strategic financial management and project leadership for significant initiatives such as the new affiliate foundation. Notable achievements include driving profitable growth while managing crises, receiving the Entrepreneurial Price Award for cash management, and developing strong local talent. Hendrik also serves as Vice President of the German Myanmar Business Chamber since 2020. An MBA graduate from Stellenbosch University, education credentials also include a Diploma in Industrial Engineering and a course in European Business Management.
