Stefan Dillschneider

Stefan Dillschneider is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in key account management and sales leadership within the bathroom and wellness industry. Currently serving as Director Key-Account-Management International at Villeroy & Boch since May 2014, Stefan has also held various leadership roles including Vertriebsleiter for the German market in Bad & Wellness, Kitchen, and Near/Middle East segments. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as Vertriebsleiter at Ideal Standard International NV and as Kaufmännischer Geschäftsführer at Sanipa Badmöbel Deutschland GmbH. Stefan began his career at Villeroy & Boch as a Finanzcontroller and also gained experience as Assistent der Geschäftsleitung at ISRA PARSYTEC GmbH. Educational achievements include a Ph.D. and a Diplom in Business Administration from RWTH Aachen University.
