Jeanette Dyhre Kvisvik has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.
Jeanette began their career in 1996 as a TV presenter and journalist at TV2 Norway, where they worked until 2002.
After that, they worked as a lawyer at Advokatfirmaet BA-HR DA from 2002 to 2004, followed by a role as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company from 2004 to 2006.
From 2006 to 2008, they worked as a director at Burson-Marsteller in both New York and Oslo.
In 2008, they founded and became the CEO of Liquid Barcodes AS, where they successfully commercialized the business, raised funds, and acquired patented technology. Jeanette grew the company's annual revenue from -1 to 2 million USD within 1 year. The company was later sold to Telenor in 2012/2013.
From 2012 to 2015, they co-founded and served as a board member of SIXBONDSTREET, where they played a significant role in raising seed funding and setting up the company.
Jeanette also worked as the CEO of Telenor Mobile Media from 2012 to 2015, and as the co-founder of VILLOID from 2014 onwards. VILLOID, co-founded by global style icon Alexa Chung, is a fast-growing fashion e-commerce platform in Norway, focusing on Nordic designers, promoting girl power community, sustainability, and innovative technology. The VILLOID iOS app was recognized by Apple as the best new app in the US and over 100 countries from 2016 to 2018.
Currently, Jeanette Dyhre Kvisvik is also a board member of Pandox AB (publ) since 2017.
Jeanette Dyhre Kvisvik obtained a degree in Law from the University of Bergen (UiB) between 1994 and 2000. Their studies at UiB focused on Contracts, International Law, and litigation. Prior to their university education, they graduated from Central High School in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA. During their time at Central High School, they specialized in Math & Physics.
