Dovile Grigalauskiene

Dovile Grigalauskiene is an experienced finance professional with a strong background in accounting and tax administration. Currently serving as the Head of the Accounting Competence Center at Vilniaus šilumos tinklai since February 2023, Dovile previously held the role of GL Chief Accountant at Metso Outotec Global Business Services UAB, leading financial statement preparation and managing audit processes. Earlier experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Accounting and Tax Administration at Public Company "Orlen Lietuva," where responsibilities encompassed consolidated financial statements and accounting policy management. Dovile's career began as an Accountant at Kesko Agro Lietuva, followed by a position at DHL, and includes extensive expertise in various accounting processes throughout a tenure at GlaxoSmithKline. Dovile holds both a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from Vilnius University.
