Mauro Melli

Mauro Melli has extensive experience in industrialization and production processes, with a career spanning from 1985 to the present. Currently serving as Impiegato at Vimec S.r.l. since June 2000, Mauro Melli is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of LEAN methodologies and Kaizen methods in production processes. Previous roles include positions at ElleBi srl, OMSO spa, Stayer spa, Viterie Mirabello srl, and Lombardini motori spa, focusing on areas such as engineering, cost analysis, CNC machine operations, and quality control. Educational background includes attendance at Istituto Tecnico Industriale "L. Nobili".
