Gennadii Ivanov is a highly accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Vimeo since 2018, Gennadii oversees a diverse team of over 30 engineers and collaborates with product managers to enhance monetization strategies and improve user experiences, significantly contributing to a $16M yearly SaaS revenue stream. Previously, Gennadii held the position of Director of Engineering at Livestream from 2011 to 2017, where a key focus was on leading mobile application development for the Livestream and Mevo apps, supporting a substantial user base. Gennadii's career also includes significant roles at Mogulus, MEGAPOLIS, and MPA Group srl, where foundational skills in software engineering and project leadership were developed.
