Jay Herratti serves as the CEO and Executive Director of TED Conferences since May 2014. In addition, Jay holds positions as a member of the Board of Directors at Vimeo and West Monroe, both starting in December 2021 and December 2022, respectively. Previous board roles include Nutrisystem from April 2013 to March 2019 and Constant Contact from June 2012 to February 2018. Jay has extensive experience in leadership roles, having been CEO of CityGrid Media and SVP of Strategy at IAC from 2004 to 2012, as well as SVP of E-Commerce Strategy at Macy's from 2000 to 2003. Early career experience includes positions as a Consultant and Project Leader at Boston Consulting Group from 1995 to 1999. Jay holds an MBA from INSEAD and a BS in Business from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business.
