Phil Worthington

Phil Worthington is the SVP, Design & R&D at Vimeo. Prior to joining Vimeo, Phil was with IBM Research as part of their Collaborative User Experience Group. Phil has also worked as a Concept Development Designer with TWI and as a Tutor (visiting) at the University of the Arts London. Phil began their career as an Advertising Creative with Saatchi & Saatchi.

Phil Worthington has a MA in Interaction Design from the Royal College of Art, a BA(Hons) in Graphic and Media Design from the University of the Arts London, an HND in Typographic Design from the University of the Arts London, a BA(Hons) in Graphic Design from the Arts University Bournemouth, and a Foundation in Art & Design from the University of the Arts London.

They are on a team with and Zohar Dayan - SVP, Product. Their manager is Ashraf Alkarmi, Chief Product Officer.
