Laura Manasewich is an experienced producer currently working at Vin Di Bona Productions since February 2020, specializing in the Always Funny FAST Channel and network television shows. With over 11 years of experience in stand-up, improv, and sketch comedy, Laura has also excelled as a social media manager, creating strategies for two Facebook pages with a combined 7 million followers. As a former curator, instructor, and performer at Sea Tea Improv from September 2010 to January 2022, Laura developed curriculums for improvisation classes, produced various comedy shows, and managed significant events like the Hartford Improv Festival. Previous roles include office manager at Freed Marcroft LLC, internal wholesaler positions at Lincoln Financial Group and MetLife, and IT business analyst at The Hartford. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from Western New England University.

Executive Producer Vin Di Bona is considered the pioneer of reality TV and the founder of UGC entertainment. In 1989, he sold ABC on the concept that became "America's Funniest Home Videos" in less than five minutes. 24 seasons and a million video submissions later, the Show is the longest-running primetime entertainment series in the history of the network and is distributed in over 30 countries around the world in addition to 8 local versions. The digital footprint of the Show includes a Facebook page with 2+ million likes and 5 owned and operated channels whose clips have garnered 700+ million views across the YouTube platform. Vin Di Bona is a four-time Emmy award-winning producer and recipient of the George Foster Peabody Award for his work in documentary programming.
