Richard Connor is a seasoned television producer with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. Since 2000, Connor has served as Co Executive Producer for "America's Funniest Home Videos" on ABC, as well as holding the same title at Vin Di Bona Productions since August 1999. Connor possesses a unique talent for creating signature music montages for the show, featuring a diverse range of artists from Taylor Swift to Frank Sinatra. Additionally, Connor was the Executive Producer for "AFV - Animal Edition" on the NatGeo Network from September 2020 to September 2022, and served as Vice President of Creative Affairs at The Matthau Company from 1987 to 1994. Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cinematography and Film/Video Production from the University of Southern California.

Executive Producer Vin Di Bona is considered the pioneer of reality TV and the founder of UGC entertainment. In 1989, he sold ABC on the concept that became "America's Funniest Home Videos" in less than five minutes. 24 seasons and a million video submissions later, the Show is the longest-running primetime entertainment series in the history of the network and is distributed in over 30 countries around the world in addition to 8 local versions. The digital footprint of the Show includes a Facebook page with 2+ million likes and 5 owned and operated channels whose clips have garnered 700+ million views across the YouTube platform. In 2010 Di Bona launched the company's reality TV division, FishBowl, which has shows on TruTV ("Upload with Shaq"), Bravo ("Toned Up"), VH1 ("I'm Married To A...") and Fuse ("Off Beat"). Di Bona received a Star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 2007. To commemorate “America’s Funniest Home Videos” contribution to the American culture, the Show became part of history in 2009 when The Smithsonian Institution selected the show for inclusion into their permanent entertainment collections. Vin Di Bona is a four-time Emmy award-winning producer and recipient of the George Foster Peabody Award for his work in documentary programming.
