Huyen Tran

Huyen Tran, CFA, is an experienced finance professional with a focus on fixed income portfolio management. Since May 2019, Huyen has worked at VinaCapital as a Portfolio Manager and Senior Investment Manager, as well as serving as a Research Manager. Prior to this, Huyen served as the Head of Macro Research at Hochiminh City Securities Corporation from February 2016 to April 2019, and held positions at the British Embassy Vietnam and PwC as a Senior Strategy Consultant in the Advisory Department. Early career experience includes a role as a Relationship Manager at HSBC. Huyen's educational background includes a Master of Science in International Banking and Financial Studies from the University of Southampton, a Bachelor of Science in Banking and Finance from Foreign Trade University, and participation in an Exchange Program in European Management at Université de Caen Normandie, complemented by a high school education focused on Mathematics and IT.
