Minh Trinh

Minh Trinh, CFA has a strong background in finance and investment. They worked at VinaCapital from 2006 to the present, starting as an Investment Officer and eventually becoming a Senior Investment Manager. In this role, they focused on investing in Vietnamese listed and OTC equities, with a particular emphasis on banking, oil and gas, and fertilizer. From 2015 to 2019, Minh served as the Director and Head of Research for VinaCapital, where they provided investment recommendations and ideas to the portfolio managers. Currently, Minh holds the position of Investment Director at VinaCapital. Prior to joining VinaCapital, Minh worked at PwC Vietnam as an Audit Assistant and ERP Consultant from 2001 to 2004.

Minh Trinh, CFA has a diverse education history spanning multiple institutions and fields of study. From 2004 to 2005, they pursued a Master of Commerce (Finance) degree at UNSW, specializing in the field of Finance. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2001, Minh completed their Bachelor's degree at the University of Economics of Hochiminh City in Vietnam, majoring in Banking and Finance. Before their undergraduate studies, Minh attended Le Hong Phong High School for Gifted students from 1994 to 1997, where they focused on Physics. Before high school, from 1991 to 1994, Minh studied at Nguyen Du Secondary school for Gifted students.
