Kendel Fleming

Kendel Fleming has extensive experience in finance and sports management, currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at Vincents since July 2019. Previously held roles include Financial Analyst and Accountant - Forensic Commercial at Vincents, as well as Graduate Accountant - Forensic Commercial. Additionally, Kendel has been active as a Player Agent at Stepback Management since January 2021 and is a member of the National Squad for the Japan Cricket Association. Notable contributions to the sport include serving as the Assistant Coach for the Japan Under 19 Cricket Team during the World Cup in South Africa and a training camp in Japan. Early career experience includes positions as a Camera Operator at BBG Sports and a Barista at Zarraffa's Coffee, alongside roles in cricket coaching and operations. Kendel graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from The University of Queensland.
