Jenny Baxter has been working in the engineering field since at least 1992, starting at Taylor Woodrow where Jenny held the title of Senior Engineer for over 17 years. Jenny also worked at Carl Bro as a Wastewater Design Engineer for a year. Currently, Jenny is a Senior Engineer at VINCI Construction UK, a position Jenny has held since 2009. Jenny is furthering their education by pursuing an MSc in Sustainable Buildings at The University of Salford, with an undergraduate degree in MEng in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Newcastle University.
