Currently serving as a Senior Works Manager at VINCI Construction UK, Shaw is responsible for managing health and safety, resources, and plant on the Isle of Grain 355 gas tank project. Prior to this, Shaw has worked on projects like Ladybower Viaducts Refurbishment and Bamford Water Treatment Works. Shaw attended Goole Grammar School from 1977 to 1980.
