Frank Westphal

Frank Westphal currently serves as Geschäftsführer at VINCI Deutschland Gmbh since September 2022. Additionally, Frank holds multiple leadership positions at VINCI Energies Deutschland, including Vorsitzender der Geschäftsführung for the Industry & Infrastructure sector and Geschäftsführer since January 2014. Frank is also Geschäftsführer at Omexom Deutschland and Actemium Deutschland, both since 2014 and 2008, respectively. Frank Westphal obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from HTWK Leipzig, where studies were completed from 1986 to 1990.
