Mondher Ferchichi

Mondher Ferchichi is an experienced telecommunications and IT professional with extensive expertise in project and program management. Currently serving as Director of Project Management at Digicom Systems since April 2022, Mondher focuses on leading major projects and programs within the industry. Previously held a significant role at SFR from July 2002 to March 2022, overseeing various high-impact programs such as the deployment of 5G networks and the virtualization of MPLS core networks. Additional responsibilities included managing large teams, negotiating with suppliers, and ensuring the successful integration of diverse telecommunications infrastructures. Mondher holds an engineering degree in computer science from Arts et Métiers ParisTech and has a robust background in network engineering, security, and solution integration spanning over two decades.
