Yagmur Ozdemir

Yagmur Ozdemir is a qualified Ingenieur HSE with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental compliance. Currently employed at Red-on-line since November 2022, Yagmur is responsible for conducting regulatory compliance audits related to hygiene, safety, environment, and energy, while advising clients on meeting their requirements in practical applications. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy QSE Manager at RATPgroup from April 2022 to September 2022, where Yagmur led a comprehensive review of the Integrated Management System to enhance operational efficiency, developed performance dashboards, and engaged staff in safety awareness initiatives. Yagmur obtained an engineering degree in Risk Management and Environment from ESAIP, with additional studies at Universitat Politècnica de València and Kaunas University of Technology.
