Julie Chapman has extensive experience in service delivery and project management within the facilities and infrastructure sectors. Currently serving as a Service Delivery Area Manager at VINCI Facilities since April 2022, Julie has previously held similar managerial positions at Amey and CarillionAmey. Julie's roles have involved oversight of residential and mixed-use developments, ensuring compliance with high-quality standards, and efficient delivery of services across various operational units. With a strong background in leadership from roles at the Defence Infrastructure Organisation and Defence Estates, Julie has been responsible for managing projects, budgeting, and aligning resources to meet customer needs. Julie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich.
