Jaime Marti

Jaime Marti currently serves as Partner and Head of Client Relations at Vinci Compass Brasil since November 2024. Prior to this role, Jaime held various leadership positions at Compass from October 2007 to October 2024, including CEO and Country Head for Chile. Jaime also served as CEO at Consorcio AGF from October 2005 to October 2007 and was Head of Institutional Sales at Compass Group from August 2001 to October 2005. Academically, Jaime obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Harvard Business School between 1999 and 2001 and completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at Universidad de Chile from 1990 to 1995.
