Victor Tito

Victor Tito has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Starting in 2004, they worked as an Economist at Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica CADE. Victor then moved on to become an Analyst at CVM in 2005. In 2006, they joined BNDES - Brazilian Development Bank, where they served as a Manager in the Distressed Debt Division and later as an Equity Portfolio Manager in the Capital Markets Division until 2012. Victor then took on the role of Head of Equity Portfolio at BNDESPAR from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they served as the Chief Investment Officer at FAPES BNDES. Victor's most recent role is as a Treasurer and Deputy Managing Director of Treasury, Funding, and Syndication at BNDES, which they held from 2020 until October 2021. Victor is currently working as a Director at Vinci Partners.

Victor Tito has a strong educational background in business and economics. In 2000, they graduated from Ibmec with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics. Victor then pursued further studies and completed coursework for a master's degree at the EPGE FGV | Graduate School of Economics from 2006 to 2007. Later, from 2012 to 2014, Victor attended the London Business School, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
