Angela Leon Melkonian

Angela Leon Melkonian is an experienced professional in project development and management within the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of RE Projects at VINCI Concessions since June 2024, Angela previously held the role of Project Development Director at Scatec ASA from February 2019 to October 2023, where responsibilities included developing strategies for solar and wind projects, managing project teams, and promoting diversity and inclusion. Prior experience includes Development and Technical Manager for Fotowatio Renewable Ventures in MENA, Business Development Manager at Building Energy S.p.A., and Field Engineer followed by Account Manager roles at Hilti Qatar. Angela holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut and has further education from HEC Paris.
