VINCI Concessions
Belen Marcos is an experienced executive in the transportation infrastructure sector, currently serving as President of Vinci Highways at VINCI Concessions since September 2020. Prior to this role, Belen held the position of President at Cintra US from September 2016 to September 2020 and served as CEO of NTE Mobility Partners LLC from July 2009 to September 2016, where management of the North Tarrant Express Toll Managed Lanes project in the Dallas Fort Worth area was a key responsibility. Additionally, Belen held the role of COO at Skyway Concession Company LLC from January 2005 to July 2009, and was involved with Cintra in various roles from December 1999 to December 2004, including Project Manager and O&M Manager. Belen holds a Master's Degree in Transportation Infrastructure from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on Transportation from Universitat Politècnica de València.
