Jeremy Peyre

Jeremy Peyre is the PPP & concession project director at VINCI Concessions. With a background in transportation economics and engineering, Jeremy manages the development of PPP/concession projects in North America and EMEA. Jeremy oversees bid strategies, tender processes, interdisciplinary team management, advisor relationships, and client/partner negotiations. Additionally, as a Traffic Analyst, Jeremy handles Traffic and Revenue aspects for various projects, including toll policy revisions and revenue optimization. Prior to their current role, Jeremy worked as a Transport Economist at LOUIS BERGER, preparing technical and financial proposals for transport studies and conducting demand analysis and forecasts. Jeremy holds a Master of Science in Transportation Systems Analysis and Planning from Northwestern University and a Master of Engineering in Civil Engineering from ESTP.
