Jose Daniel Fernández Gutiérrez

Jose Daniel Fernández Gutiérrez is currently the Gerente Técnico for VINCI Concessions in Latinoamérica and CTO at Vía 40 Express. Previously, Jose worked at The Lane Construction Corporation as part of the High Speed Rail Dallas-Houston project. Before that, Jose held the position of Project Controls Manager at Jacobs and Chief Operations Officer at Cintra US. With vast experience in project management and infrastructure, Jose also worked at Ferrovial Agroman US Corp. in various roles including CEO & General Manager. Jose holds a degree in Ingeniero de Caminos Canales y Puertos from Universidad de Cantabria and an Executive MBA from Escuela de Organización Industrial.
