Philip de Keyser

Philip De Keyser is currently a Directeur Juridique / General Counsel at VINCI Concessions since September 2007. Prior to that, Philip worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at the same company. Before joining VINCI Concessions, Philip was an Associate at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer from August 2005 to August 2007, and at Stibbe from September 2001 to June 2005. Philip obtained their LL.M in Law from Harvard Law School in 2001 and their Licentiaat in Law from KU Leuven in 2000. Philip completed their secondary education at Sint-Albertuscollege from 1990 to 1995.
