David Booker

David Booker is an experienced Business Development Director at VINCI since March 2008, leading the business development efforts for Taylor Woodrow, focused on the energy and transportation sectors. Previously, David managed business development for VINCI's transportation sector across the UK and held roles at CEMEX as Contracts Manager for major projects, Network Rail as Track Renewals Manager, and Costain and Carillion as Sub Agent on significant infrastructure projects. David holds an MSc in Railway Infrastructure Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University, a BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering from The University of Salford, and an HND in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
