David Ellis

David Ellis is an accomplished Design Manager at VINCI, overseeing the £70M redevelopment of the Blackpool King Street project, which incorporates innovative Ultra High Performance Fibre Reinforced Concrete. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director at RBA Ltd, where David modernized the consultancy and led its expansion into new sectors, and as an Associate at BWB Consulting Ltd, where David established the Civil Engineering capability in the Manchester office. Earlier roles include tenure as a Chartered Civil Engineer at Cundall and Eastwood & Partners, as well as experience as a Setting Out Engineer at SEP. David holds an MSc in Construction Law & Practice from the University of Salford Manchester and a BEng (Hons) in Civil & Structural Engineering from The University of Sheffield.
