Berit Alifrosti

Berit Alifrosti has a diverse work experience in various companies. Berit worked as a People Partner at Vincit since July 2022 and prior to that, they served as a People Coordinator from August 2021 to June 2022. Before joining Vincit, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at WorkPower from April 2021 to August 2021, and as a Human Resources Trainee from October 2020 to April 2021. Prior to their experience in the HR field, they worked as a Sales Advisor at Carlings AS from October 2018 to February 2021, and at Dressmann AS from March 2016 to October 2018.

Berit Alifrosti completed their education in a chronological order. From 2014 to 2020, they attended the University of Turku, where they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Education, specializing in Educational Sciences. In 2017, they participated in a student exchange program at the University of Oslo (UiO). Later, from 2018 to 2022, they enrolled at Haaga-Helia University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management and Leadership.
