Janne Forsman

Janne Forsman has had a diverse work experience in the software development industry. Janne started their career at Nokia Mobile Phones in 1999 and worked there for 15 years, holding various positions and titles. In September 2011, they moved to the Customization organization at Nokia, where they worked on implementing and maintaining variant Creation tools.

In 2014, Janne joined Microsoft during the transition period of Nokia's acquisition. Janne worked as a Software Development Engineer 2 and experienced minimal changes in their daily work until Microsoft decided to shut down the Tampere site. During this time, their team started utilizing more Microsoft technologies, such as Visual Studio Team Services.

Since 2017, Janne Forsman has been working at Vincit as a Passionate Software Developer, demonstrating their ongoing commitment to the field.

Janne Forsman attended Tampere University of Technology from 1993 to 2005. During this time, they worked towards earning a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering.
