Jenna Ruostela

Jenna Ruostela currently serves as a Lead Consultant, UX Designer, and Commerce specialist at Vincit, following the merger of Bilot and Vincit in July 2022. Prior to this role, Jenna held similar positions as Lead Consultant, UX Designer, and Team Lead at Bilot from August 2015 to June 2022, and worked as a Service Manager and Business Analyst at Smilehouse Oy, gaining extensive experience in e-commerce projects. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Service Delivery Manager at Capgemini, managing various accounts, and working as a researcher and research assistant at Tampere University of Technology, focusing on performance management. Jenna holds a Master of Science in Information and Knowledge Management from Tampere University of Technology.
