Johannes Hannila

Johannes Hannila started their work experience in 2008 as a Software Designer at Wapice Ltd. Johannes then became an Account Manager in 2010 and later a Senior Software Designer from 2011 to 2012. In 2013, they joined Sandvik Mining and Rock Technology as a Scrum Master and Lead Software Engineer, responsible for releases of the machine control system for the underground drills division. In 2020, they began working at Vincit as a Passionate Agile Coach and later became the Director of Tech & Dev in July 2022.

Johannes Hannila obtained their Master of Science degree in Automation and Information Networks from Tampere University of Technology from 2001 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications including "Better User Stories" from Mountain Goat Software in October 2020, "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org in March 2020, and "Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)" from Scrum Alliance in December 2016.
