Joonas Hiltunen

Joonas Hiltunen has work experience as a Software Developer in two different companies. From May 2019 to August 2019, they worked as a Software Developer Trainee at NomiCam. From September 2019 to February 2022, they held the roles of Junior Software Developer and Software Developer at NomiCam. During this time, they maintained NomiCam's MIP software and its plugins, implemented a continuous delivery pipeline with Azure pipelines, and worked on front-end and back-end software using technologies such as React, Python, Flask, and Socket.io. Additionally, they dockerized both the front-end and back-end of the software. From March 2022 to the present, Joonas has been working as a Software Developer at Vincit. In this position, they have successfully contributed to the development of a Power BI Embedded-based reporting microservice for a client's software product using technologies such as React, .NET Core, and Postgres. Joonas has also gained insights into working with Power BI Embedded and other Microsoft products.

Joonas Hiltunen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Tampere University from 2018 to 2022. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Software Engineering at Tampere University from 2021 to 2024.
