Jussi Hiltunen

Jussi Hiltunen has a wealth of experience in the software industry. Jussi is currently serving as the Lead Software Architect at Vincit, a position they have held since January 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Tieto for several years, starting as a Trainee in 2001 and later progressing to the roles of Software Architect, Senior Software Architect, and System Designer. Jussi also gained experience in the public sector, working as a Designer for the Environmental and City Planning Department of the City of Turku from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they worked as a Trainee and Freelancer at Fujitsu Invia Oy, gaining valuable industry knowledge and skills. Jussi's diverse range of roles and experiences have equipped him with a strong foundation in software architecture and design.

Jussi Hiltunen's education history includes a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences, which they pursued from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, they attended Turun ammatti-instituutti from 2000 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Information Technology called Datanomi.

In addition to their degrees, Jussi Hiltunen has acquired several certifications. Jussi obtained the certification of DevOps Engineer Expert from Microsoft in December 2020. In November 2020, they also obtained the Azure Developer Associate certification and the Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. In June 2017, they earned the certification of Developing Microsoft Azure Solutions from Microsoft. In September 2016, they became a Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer in Web Applications. Furthermore, they possess the COBIT 5 Foundation certification from APMG-International, obtained in May 2015. Jussi Hiltunen has also been certified as TOGAF 9 Certified and TOGAF 9 Foundation by The Open Group in October 2014 and May 2014 respectively. Jussi additionally holds the certification of Microsoft Certified Professional since December 2013 and the certification of Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 Specialist by Microsoft, which they obtained in December 2013. Jussi Hiltunen also possessed the certification of Software Architecture Professional Certificate from CarnegieMellon Software Engineering Institute, acquired in 2008.
