Leander Kraaijeveld

Systems Engineer / Technical Project Lead at VINCORION

Leander Kraaijeveld has extensive work experience in various engineering roles. Leander started their career as a Technisch angestellter at Fraunhofer IMS in 2008, where they focused on testing and developing pressure sensor systems for medical and industry applications. Leander also provided technical assistance during clinical trail studies for Retina implants. Leander then worked at Siemens as a Development Engineer from 2012 to 2013. In this role, they were responsible for engineering development projects. Currently, Leander works at VINCORION as a Systems engineer / Technical project lead, a position they have held since 2013.

Leander Kraaijeveld attended Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences from 2005 to 2008, where they earned an Ing. degree in Elektrotechniek. During the same period, they also studied at Krefeld and obtained a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Mechatronik, Robotik und Automatisierungstechnik. Prior to that, in 2004 to 2005, they attended LiS Leiden and gained a degree in Research instrumentmaker with a focus on Mechatronika.
