Patrick Harm has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Patrick started their career as an IT-System Technician at Deutsche Telekom in 2002 and then moved on to the Luftwaffe - German Airforce in 2006, where they served as an Inspector Avionic EUROFIGHTER and eventually became a Team Lead. In 2017, they joined JENOPTIK as a Quality Engineer (QHSE) and worked there until 2020. At JENOPTIK, they gained expertise in quality management. In 2020, they joined VINCORION as a Senior Quality Engineer and Team Lead for Management Systems. Currently, they hold the position of Deputy Director Quality at VINCORION. In 2023, they also established their own company, HARM Auditing & Consulting Services, where they are the Managing Director. Patrick Harm's work experience demonstrates their strong background in quality management and leadership roles.
Patrick Harm has a Master of Technical Management (CCI) from Technische Akademie Nord and a Bachelor of Avionic and Electrical Operations (CCI) from Airbus Helicopters Academy. Patrick also holds additional certifications in areas such as lead auditing, work safety, Lean Six Sigma, supplier auditing, and quality, environmental, and energy management.
