Lisa Polonska

Lisa Polonska serves as the Head of Applications & Development at Vinçotte since June 2025. Previously, Lisa held positions at Boortmalt as the Head of IT Digital Solutions and Head of the CIO Office from January 2024 to June 2025. At TCR, from September 2017 to December 2023, Lisa served as an Enterprise Architect, where responsibilities included defining and executing IT strategies and developing long-term roadmaps for IT domains such as Business Intelligence and Security. Other roles at TCR included IT Delivery Manager and Business Applications Architect, focusing on global IT implementations and enhancing data-driven decision-making through innovative solutions. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Information Management and a Master's degree in Business Economics, both from KU Leuven.
