Richard Yeargain has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Richard started as the Director of Information Systems at Cryptek Secure Communications in October 1986 and held the position until December 1992. From January 1993 to March 1995, they served as the Executive Director of Romanian Christian Enterprises, where they provided business development consulting and also worked as a professor at Aurel Vlaicu University in Romania. In April 1995, they joined Compaq as a Sr Manager, responsible for managing systems engineering and integration. Richard led the development and rollout of ActiveAnswers, an enterprise resource for solution sizing. In January 2002, Richard Yeargain joined Cetacean Networks as the Director of Marketing, focusing on product marketing for routing equipment. Richard contributed to the development of QoS features for UDP transmissions. From October 2004 to December 2012, they served as the Executive Director of Orphan Helpers, leading a team that provided services to orphaned, abandoned, and abused children in El Salvador and Honduras. This included managing programs in various state-run orphanages and correction centers. Since January 2013, Richard Yeargain has been working at Vinculums Services as a Program Manager.

Richard Yeargain obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington, which they attended from 1980 to 1981. Following this, they pursued higher education and completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business, studying there from 1987 to 1990.
