Tejashree Mahadik

Tejashree Mahadik has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. TEJASHREE started their career in 1997 as a Senior Manager at Loop Mobile India, where they managed multiple stores and trained employees. TEJASHREE then worked at Aircel, where they held various roles, including Head of Customer Service Operations.

In 2013, Tejashree joined Reliance Communications as Head Franchise Operations, overseeing a team of over 570 members. TEJASHREE also worked at Reliance Telecommunications as the Head of Retail Operations and later became the CEO at Vindsor Group in 2022.

Tejashree also had a role at Beauty Sutra Naturals as a Business Consultant, where they worked on product development, manufacturing tie-ups, and launched a range of products with a new brand.

Additionally, they held the position of a Business Development Operations Specialist in 2018.

Tejashree Mahadik has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Bhavans College. In addition, they have obtained certifications in various fields. TEJASHREE also completed a Skin and Beauty care program from the International Academy of Ayurveda in 2018. Tejashree Mahadik has further certification from the Ayurvedic Skin and Beauty Research Center at the Chakrapani Ayurvedic Research Institute and the Research, Development, and Manufacturing course from Natural Skin Care Products, both obtained in 2018. Additionally, they are a MACT-certified Trainer from the Aircel Academy.
