Martin Colina has worked in the food and beverage industry since 2005. Martin began their career as a Bar Manager at Barnacles Seafood and Sports in 2005. In 2007, they joined Fogo de Chão as a Customer Service Manager, P.I.C., Certified Trainer and Bartender/Server. In 2015, they became General Manager at Texas de Brazil, where they set and enforced performance and service standards, developed management staff and oversaw a team of over 55. In 2017, they worked as a Marketing Associate at Sysco, increasing the territory by 5 new accounts and growing within the first year. Martin also held roles as Director Tasting Room and Brand Ambassador at Cane Land Distilling Company. In 2019, they became a Bartender at Cornerstone Bistro & Artisanal Market, selling and serving food, beverage and a positive experience to an average of 20 guests per hour, and creating a signature cocktail that was added to the beverage program within the first year. Martin also worked as a Server/Bartender at Fogo de Chão. In 2021, they joined Di Bruno Bros. as a Food Service and Beverage Manager, leading the opening of the food service element of the newest location and creating and implementing new systems for operation. Currently, they are a Facilities Manager at Vine Vault.
Martin Colina attended Loyola University New Orleans. In August 2020, they obtained a certification in 6.00.1x: Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from MITx on edX.
