Crossett, Daniel

Crossett, Daniel has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Crossett, started their career as a Computer Lab Assistant at Thompson Computer Lab - Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2002. In 2004, they worked as an Online Banking Technician at Citizens Bank before becoming the Owner and Technical Support Rep at Protocol Technologies from 2004 to 2008.

From 2005 to 2007, Crossett worked at Nuance Communications (formerly Webmedx, Inc.) as a Technical Support Representative, providing telephone, email, and ticket technical service. Crossett, also served as an IT Service Technician, configuring Microsoft servers and installing PCs. In 2011, Crossett transitioned into the role of a System Administrator at Nuance Communications, where they maintained and managed production environments.

In 2014, Crossett joined CSC - Computer Sciences Corporation as a System Administrator before moving to RoundTower Technologies, LLC. in 2015. At RoundTower Technologies, they held positions as a Senior System Administrator and later as a System Engineering Team Lead.

Crossett joined ConRes in 2018, starting as a Cloud Architect and later becoming a Senior Service Operations Manager. In this role, they defined and developed new managed service offerings and coached and mentored team members.

Most recently, Crossett joined Vinebrook Technology in 2021 as the Director of Managed Services. In 2022, they were promoted to Vice President of Managed Services.

Crossett, Daniel began their education journey in 1999 at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems, General. Crossett, completed their undergraduate studies in 2003. Later, in 2010, they enrolled in Westmoreland County Community College to further enhance their skills. During this time, they pursued two Associate of Science degrees, specializing in Computer Networking and Computer Telecommunications, respectively. Crossett, Daniel successfully completed their studies in 2013.

In terms of additional certifications, Crossett, Daniel obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May 2019.
