Amy Blake has extensive experience in research and education, currently serving as a Senior Research Technician and Sensory Panel Leader at Vineland Research and Innovation Centre since May 2012. Prior to this role, Amy worked as a Research Assistant in the Biochemistry/Biotechnology Laboratory and as an Instructor for the Wine Chemistry course at Brock University from September 2010 to 2012. Earlier experience includes a position as a Research Assistant in a Sensory Science Laboratory at Brock University in 2006. Amy Blake holds a Master of Science in Biological Sciences with a focus on Oenology and Viticulture and Plant Science from Brock University, as well as a Certificate in Grape and Wine Technology from Brock University and a Bachelor of Science in Honours Science from the University of Waterloo.
