Alicia Barton

Alicia Barton serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Vineyard Offshore, leading efforts in delivering offshore wind projects across the United States, including initiatives in New York, New England, and California. As an incoming CEO for Utilidata and a former CEO of NYSERDA, Alicia brings extensive leadership experience in the clean energy sector. Previous roles include board member positions at FirstLight Power and Retroficiency, and counsel at Foley Hoag LLP. Alicia's career also features significant roles in environmental policy, holding deputy commissioner and assistant secretary positions in Massachusetts. Academically, Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from The Ohio State University and a Doctor of Law from Boston College Law School.
