Mandi Pak

Mandi Pak is a seasoned sales and service professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry. Currently serving as a Sales Manager at VINFAST since May 2023, Mandi is responsible for managing showroom sales team performance and developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Previously, Mandi held various roles at Tesla from February 2017 to March 2023, including Service Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities included data analysis, team training, customer complaint resolution, and managing high vehicle throughput. Mandi's foundational experience began at Mosaic North America, where leadership in experiential marketing and talent acquisition was demonstrated. Mandi holds an Ontario College Diploma in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies from Sheridan College.
