Phuong Do is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and engineering across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Head of IE/Operation Excellence at VINFAST since January 2024, Phuong Do oversees 18 factories, focusing on operational efficiency and cost reduction. Prior experience includes roles as Operation Program Manager at Gentherm, where Phuong Do led initiatives to improve plant financial performance, and as Factory Product Manager at Microsoft, responsible for launching new products and managing mass production. Phuong Do began their career at Canon, holding various positions including Product Engineering Manager and R&D Engineer, with a strong emphasis on product development and cost engineering. Phuong Do holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Hanoi University of Technology.
