Quang Duc Truong

Quang Duc Truong is an experienced professional in the field of battery technology, currently serving as the Prismatic Cell Production Manager for VINFAST since April 2019, where responsibilities include managing the production of prismatic cells with super fast-charging capabilities. Prior to this role, Quang Duc Truong held several management positions at VinES Energy Solution, including Protocol Production Line Manager and Battery Electrode Design Manager, leading significant contributions to cell production and electrode design for various battery types. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor at Tohoku University, focusing on materials and cell design, alongside a research fellowship with Japan Society for the Promotion of Science, emphasizing innovation in rechargeable batteries for electric vehicles. Quang Duc Truong holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Tohoku University and an M.Sc. in Electrochemistry from National Tsing Hua University.
