Jonathan Chines

Jonathan Chines is an experienced executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Vinfen since May 2025. Prior to this role, Jonathan Chines held the position of Vice President, Strategy and Public Programs at Optum Massachusetts from July 2024 to April 2025, where responsibilities included leading business strategy for Medicare and Medicaid growth.
