Andrew Shaheen

Andrew Shaheen has worked in the wine industry since 2003. Andrew began their career at The Wine House, where they held the roles of Wine Sales, Department Buyer, Bordeaux Futures, and Wine Clubs. In 2006, they joined Langdon Shiverick Imports as Regional Sales for Northern California, where they opened 150+ new accounts and drove double-digit annual growth for five consecutive years. Andrew then moved to Kimberly Jones Selections, where they held the roles of Northern California Sales Manager and Sales Representative, increasing their territory sales from $120,000 to $2M+ annually from 2006 to 2014. In 2017, they joined Marciano Estate as Director of Sales and Marketing, where they managed all sales and marketing activities and collaborated on strategic and business plan revisions. In 2019, they joined Winebow as District Manager, increasing fiscal year sales revenue in the North Bay Region by 10% in 2020 and 16% in 2021. Andrew is currently the Director of Sales (US) at Vinfolio.

Andrew Shaheen obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2004. Andrew then attended Diablo Valley College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts. In 2000, they attended Accent International School in Florence, Italy, where they studied Italian Art, Music and Culture. Andrew also obtained a Level 4 Diploma of Wine and Spirits from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust. In 2015, they were awarded the title of Chevalier from l'Ordre des Coteaux de Champagne, and in 2005 they obtained a Certified Specialist of Wine certification from the Society of Wine Educators. In 2018, they earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a Wine-Intensive from the School of Business and Economics at Sonoma State University.
