Nils Unckel

Nils Unckel is a Partner at Vinge, having joined the firm in 2023. Prior to this role, Nils worked at Gernandt & Danielsson from 2007 to 2023, where they served as a Senior Associate and subsequently as a Partner. They earned an LLM degree from the Faculty of Law at Stockholm University from 2002 to 2006. In 2011, Nils was seconded to both the Alternative Investment Management Association and Norton Rose LLP. Their principal areas of practice include advising financial institutions on regulatory matters, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and compliance with the Swedish Financial Services Authority.
