Kenneth Park is an accomplished professional with over 25 years of experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Constellation since July 2024. Previously, Kenneth held leadership roles at notable companies such as Autonomy, Kate Somerville Skincare, INNOCEAN USA, and Jukin Media, focusing on driving success in diverse industries, including marketing technology, skincare, and advertising. Kenneth also has experience in cultural and wellness consulting with The Bay Club Company and has contributed to higher education as the Associate Director of MBA Admissions at USC Marshall School of Business. Kenneth holds an MBA in Business Development and Operations from USC Marshall and a BA in Economics and Pre-Med from the University of Chicago.
